Our Philosophy
We want our clients to feel that they have hired an in-house marketing and business consulting team – without all of the hassles of actually bringing on a real employee. From the beginning, we have structured our relationships, fees and business model on two things: your satisfaction and the comfort that you are getting value from us and that your organization is growing.
If you have questions, you should never hesitate to pick up the phone. If you see something new that you’d like to try, let us know, we’ll figure out how to implement it. Basically, we want to be as tightly integrated into your team and company as possible.
These reasons and many others are why we always suggest an initial three month period to work with us. Change and growth doesn’t happen overnight, but once your sales and marketing engine is firing on all cylinders, we know you’ll be a long-term client of ours.
All of the high level strategy, brand management, marketing campaigns and other key areas of our work with you will be handled by Scott & Ali Reynolds directly. We do have an offshore assistant that handles a lot of the back-end work and we also work with free-lance writers and programmers on an as-needed basis. We only mention this because we often get asked, “How can you handle this level of work for multiple clients?” – the answer to that is we have built our business very strategically from the beginning to be able to scale with our needs.
Your Involvement
At the end of the day, this is your organization. You and your board understand what you do better than anyone and can explain it better than anyone out there. We will work with the key individuals very closely to get the best understanding of your organization as possible. Over the course of working with you, we’d like you to plan on spending, at a MINIMUM, a few hours a week with us on the phone. The more we understand your organization, the faster we’ll be able to deliver results.
As part of your growth strategy, we will likely recommend that you join some associations, attend networking events, host educational seminars and a few other things that will crop up now and then. We’ll always keep your schedule in mind and will remain respectful of your time, but in the end, building a successful organization is hard work – and we’ll be there with you every step of the way.
Of course, if you want to be more involved, let us know. Less involved? Not a problem. Just keep us informed and we’ll work with you.
