“SHOW ME THE MONEY!” -Rod Tidwell in Jerry MgGuire (1996).
The entrepreneurial spirit has been alive in me my whole life. My father was a Jack-of-all-trades, dabbling in almost every job imaginable. My mother is credited for instilling organizational skills and attention-to-details in me. I was naturally drawn to the banking industry where I could master many skills, exercise my slight OCD tendencies, and manage other’s money. I tend to wear a multitude of hats in my “mature age.” I’m blessed with a supportive, entrepreneurial husband, 1 adult daughter in college (Entrepreneur Major!) and 3 classically home-educated children. Some of my greatest strengths are creativity, drive, and leadership. I thrive on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
As a small businessperson myself, I understand the pressures and multiple demands our clients face. I am an all-around team player. Part of my job at The Get Smart Group is to make sure your advertising dollars are properly recorded and the lines of communication are kept current with your accounting department personnel. I also have the privilege of helping our clients integrate blogging, email marketing, social networking, and social media into their marketing plan. For people who don’t have the time or interest to do it for themselves, The Get Smart Group does it for you.
