Hello, I am Sara Argiro

I’ve enjoyed reading, writing, and connecting with others my entire life. When I was young, I spent a lot of time writing short stories, poems, and even essays simply for fun. As I grew older, I discovered theatre – particularly Shakespeare and musical theatre – as a purposeful and rewarding way of connecting with others.

My love of storytelling and the written word has taken me down many different roads. I graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC and spent several years there as a student and artist. Later, I graduated from The University of South Alabama with a BA in Theatre and English. I went on to earn a MA in English and Education from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

For the past twelve years I have taught English, Creative Writing, and Theatre Arts to secondary students. I am excited to begin a new chapter working with the dynamic team at The Get Smart Group. I look forward to building new connections with teammates and clients while learning, growing, and writing content.

Aside from writing and theatre, I love spending quality time with my husband, T.J., and son, Xander. We love superhero movies, puzzles, and cute cat videos. We are also incredibly competitive board game players.
