- You are seven times more likely to qualify a lead if you follow up within an hour than any time later.
- You are sixty times times more likely to close a lead within the first hour than if you wait more than 24 hours.

When a new lead comes in to your business, you need to have a process in place to follow-up with that lead immediately. Â Whether a dedicated person or the nearest available person takes care of it – this is super important.
